#TarabaTribunalUpdate: Court Nullifies Election Declares APC Winner

Bashir Marafa of Taraba Central Senatorial District The election of a Peoples Democratic Party senator, Bashir Marafa, representing Taraba Central Senatorial district has been nullified by the election tribunal in Jalingo, Taraba state.

In a ruling today, the tribunal ordered that the candidate of the All progressives
Congress (APC), Yusuf A Yusuf to be given the Certificate of Return as the lawful winner
of the April 2015 election.
