#AbiaTribunal UPDATE: Drama As No-one Agrees To Witness For INEC

Appearing for the 3rdR is Dr. Livy Uzoukwu(SAN) and other lawyers. He apologizes for lateness& says they'll start by tendering #AbiaTribunal

The judge says the documents shall be marked as Exhibit 3RB01. #AbiaTribunal. 3rdR is likely to close his case now.
3rdR: since there is presumption in favour of the results tendered by both sides 1stR, 2ndR& Petitoner under this circumstance #AbiaTribunal

PC: the rules are simple. Since 3rdR is not giving further evidence we expect that expect that they have 10 days to write their #AbiaTribunal
..final address, Petitioner has 7days to reply on points of Law to the addresses, and 5 days for Rs to reply back. #AbiaTribunal
3rdR is saying that what is more important is delivering  judgement within 180 days. #AbiaTribunal
The judge is saying that any reply to point of Law will be limited to 10pages. #AbiaTribunal
His reason is because replies to point of Law are usually voluminous. #AbiaTribunal
Matter has been adjourned till 14th October 2015 for the adoption of final addresses.

Meanwhile contrary to the rumors flying around, the tribunal either the first court or the appeal court, has not declared any of the parties winner of the election rather wait transpired today at the appeal court was that the The decision by #AbiaTribunal to reserve ruling till judgement on d motion filed by PDP 2 strike out the Petition by APGA challenged by PDP at the Appeal Court sitting in Owerri today has been thrown out.
There are 2 more appeals made by the PDP pending determination by the Appeal Court.
