##AbiaTribunalUpdate : Tribunal Upholds Ikpeazu's Election, As Otti Heads To Appeal Court

 Abia State Governorship Tribunal sitting in Umuahia, the Abia state capital, on Tuesday, upheld Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, who was candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the April 11 Governorship election in the State as winner of the election.

The tribunal dismissed the petition of candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance
(APGA), Dr. Alex Otti.
Meanwhile, Counsel to Otti has immediately after the ruling, described the judgment as a miscarriage of justice and a rape on the judiciary and rule of law vowing that his client will challenge the verdict till all known legal process is exhausted.
