Mr. Dangote has called this place home for a good twelve years, and he said he is selling the property because he has just completed a new piece of real estate in the United Kingdom, where he is switching to after putting ink to paper on a deal to purchase the london based Arsenal Football Club.

IGP Reduces Orderlies Attached To Govs From 150 To 62

In line with President Muhammadu Buhari’s directive, that the Inspector-General of
Police should prune the number of policemen attached to dignitaries, and redeploy all
policemen withdrawn from the role to regular police duties, the IGP, Solomon Arase, has
reduced the numbers of Policemen attached to each of the 36 states Governors, from
150 to 62.

While Fayose described the President as running the country as if he was the president of northern Nigeria only, Mr. Buhari said the governor’s outburst was capable of triggering ethnic clashes among the nation’s communities.

Elections Cannot Be Invalidated Based On Card Reader - Appeal court

The Court of Appeal in Lagos has held that a faulty card reader cannot be a ground
for invalidating an election.
The court held that the Electoral Act (2010) as amended does not recognise the
malfunctioning of a card reader as one of the factors that can lead to the
nullification of an election.
